All three plans include a bonus website in a total of 5 languages chosen by the client. The client is responsible for the quality and accuracy of the text and translations. The AI blog is available in Latvian, English, German and the other selected website languages; additional content generation and translation consume the AI allowance.
Top-plan bonuses on request: one free consultation every six months on system automation, or an AI training session tailored to the company; two free marketing campaign plans per year based on client-provided data. Topics and scope are agreed before work starts. A campaign plan does not include advertising spend or campaign execution. In the middle and top plans, booking calendar and standard online shop configuration are agreed according to business needs; custom hotel system integrations and non-standard shop features are priced separately. Background music or web radio player connection is included in the middle and top plans, but not the basic plan. We select a source permitted for use; third-party service and licence fees are agreed separately.
Monthly content is prepared on request during the subscription; unused allocations do not roll over. The basic plan includes one blog article per month and the middle plan two, on request. In the top plan, this allocation is replaced by an AI SEO workflow with 4 articles per week. Frequency can be increased; a higher volume consumes more of the agreed AI allowance. AI usage is not unlimited. The top plan also includes two media article drafts per month, with a clear message, editorial structure and fact checking against information supplied by the client. Submit media requests and facts at least 5 working days before the desired deadline. We prepare material for client approval and placement; media publication, distribution and advertising placement are not included. One video of up to 15 seconds per month is prepared on request after agreeing the idea and content, using available materials or animation; on-site filming is separate. Material format and revision scope are agreed before work starts.
Updates mean changes to existing text, images, prices or contact details within an agreed scope. Google setup requires client access; Google approves profile verification, and analytics are connected according to the selected consent settings. Domain selection and connection assistance are included; domain purchase and renewal are separate.
Document templates include privacy and cookie policies and terms of use; where an online shop is in scope, purchase, delivery and withdrawal documents are also included. The client reviews and approves the final documents. Hosting, the AI usage budget, WhatsApp message delivery and external tool fees are specified in the contract. The top plan includes a standard customer profile system with a database and data storage: registration and sign-in, contact information management and an overview of the customer's own bookings. Custom fields, access roles, additional workflows and integrations are assessed and priced separately. Custom systems and additional work are subject to agreement.
AI content plan clients receive a 50% discount on the basic hero video offer: EUR 99.50 instead of EUR 199, plus VAT. The basic product photo/video package for up to 50 products for an online shop or catalogue starts at EUR 99.50 plus VAT after the discount (standard price from EUR 199 plus VAT). Before work starts, we agree the product count, image count, video length, production method and revision scope. Custom 360-degree tours, complex 3D work and non-standard production are priced separately.
