Is the solution ready yet?+
The platform is in development. We start with a limited pilot, agreed tasks and verifiable acceptance criteria. A marketing demo does not demonstrate production-ready functionality.
Does my data stay within the company?+
That depends on the chosen deployment. The local option is designed to process data in the client's infrastructure. Dedicated server, external API and hybrid options have different data flows, agreed before implementation.
Can it work without the internet?+
The local profile is designed to work without external internet after the required components are installed and tested. Employees still need access to the company server. External API features require a connection.
Can it connect to our older application?+
First we check available interfaces, data export, access and licensing. Discovery determines the feasible scope. We do not promise universal compatibility with every application.
Do you also supply server hardware?+
CANIMAPS provides software and the agreed implementation work. Hardware procurement and physical maintenance are the responsibility of the client or infrastructure partner.
