Privacy information
Data controller and contact
The controller of personal data received through enquiries on this website is SIA CANIMAPS, registration number 40203758701. Registered address: Vaiņodes iela 24A–51, Rīga, LV-1058. For data processing enquiries: it@canimapsdigital.com.
What data we receive
The enquiry form asks for your first name, last name, email, phone number, services of interest and project description. You can provide a company name and select a package. We also store the enquiry time, a technical request identifier and information about the selected offer to recognise repeat submissions and understand your enquiry.
Do not include passwords, payment card details or special categories of personal data in free-text fields. If you contact us by email, we receive your address, message and attachments.
Purposes and grounds for processing
We use your enquiry to respond, clarify requirements and prepare an offer. If you seek a service in your own name, this processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. If you represent a company, we use your contact information based on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and organising business communications.
We use the technical request identifier and error information to process enquiries reliably and prevent duplicate records, based on our legitimate interest in operating the website. Submitting an enquiry does not constitute consent to marketing newsletters and does not create a subscription.
Who can access the information
Information is processed by CANIMAPS staff and authorised persons who need it to handle the enquiry. Relevant service providers may act as processors in providing website, data storage and email infrastructure. We may also disclose data to competent authorities where applicable law requires it.
Enquiry data is not public blog content. In this implementation, the enquiry form does not send your input to AI content generation.
Retention criteria
We retain enquiry and correspondence data for as long as necessary to handle the request and related communications. If cooperation begins, contract and accounting documents are retained according to their purpose and applicable law. Where information is needed for a legal claim, retention depends on the circumstances of the claim and applicable time limits.
We also assess deletion requests in relation to email copies and backups; deleting one website database record does not by itself remove every copy.
Your rights
Subject to the General Data Protection Regulation, you can request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing and, where applicable, data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Write to it@canimapsdigital.com. Where necessary, we will request proportionate identity verification to avoid disclosing data to another person. We will inform you about your request within the period required by the Regulation. You have the right to complain to the Data State Inspectorate.
Providing data and browser storage
Required enquiry fields are needed to contact you and understand your needs. If you prefer not to use the form, you can contact us by email. Read about browser storage in our cookie information.
